A Cardinal in Winter

This transom window was one of a series of the four seasons that encircled a family room. The same branch design was used in all the windows changing colors for every season. Heavily textured clear glass was used for the branch to give the illusion of ice and snow. The bright red of the bird is warm and cheery.
